The DECKEL MAHO HSC 105 Linear is a 5-axis CNC machining center with high-precision and high-speed machining capabilities. The machine is equipped with the Heidenhain iTNC 530 HSCI – 3D control unit, providing precise machining on complex surfaces.
With a maximum spindle speed of 18,000 rpm, it is particularly well-suited for high-precision machining of aluminum, plastics, and thin-walled components.
The machine features a direct absolute measuring system with air purge, a tropical climate package, laminated safety glass, and a cooling system. These features offer significant advantages in terms of long-term stability, adaptability to harsh environmental conditions, and operator safety.
